I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Shinsaibashi shopping street and conveniently near 2 metro stations. The rooms were cozy and had an extra bed, but the non-transparent window was a downside. The service was excellent, with efficient housekeeping and laundry services.
